Psyche Studios was founded by a passion of providing a safe, collaborative, holistic, healing space for healing and inner awakening. Here, we hold space for all parts of one's self. The approach to this healing work is soul centered, grounded in inner care and wisdom. By providing compassionate care, empathy and evidence-based techniques this collective of like-minded practitioners are dedicated to the well-being of others.  We share the hope of building a nurturing relationship, full of a deserved understanding with the innermost self.

Tonya Jo is the founder of PSYCHE STUDiO and is a licensed trauma-informed therapist serving clients in Minnesota.  She helps others on their healing journey, offering new ways to hold space with all parts of themselves while building relationships, encoraging exploration of the hidden spaces one holds within  themselves, all while holding space for reconnecting with ones' mind, body and soul.
